Team
Experienced, competent, and motivated employees are one of the core values of our company. The ERCON team consists of professionals who do not stop at what has been achieved but continuously develop and expand their knowledge through various courses, seminars, and exhibitions. We train our employees in LEAN, 5S, TOC, and other methods to optimize manufacturing processes.
Quality systems
Quality and adherence to deadlines are the company’s priority; therefore, we continuously improve internal operational processes, develop systems and control mechanisms, and ensure the sustainability of quality control. We invest in modern manufacturing technologies and the improvement of work processes. The high quality of our products is ensured by the developed production and quality control system, confirmed by INSPECTA certificates. The company has an integrated quality management system covering the full cycle — from drawing development to finished products. Quality control is integrated into every stage of the manufacturing process.
Welding and welding supervision
The company’s welders are certified in accordance with EN 9606. Their supervision and coordination are carried out by a certified welding engineer, who individually develops and selects the most suitable procedures for welding structures with different requirement levels and specifications.
Resource management system
The company has implemented an ERP (resource management system) that integrates all production management and monitoring processes. The system ensures full traceability of raw materials and manufacturing processes.
Authorized to mark metal structures with the CE mark
ERCON has obtained the INSPECTA Factory Production Control certificate No. 1325-CPD-1926 in accordance with the requirements of the LVS EN 1090-1:2009 and EN 1090-1:2009/AC:2010 standards, which grants the manufacturer the right to mark certified products with the CE mark.
On 1 December 2024, SIA ERCON concluded Agreement No. 17.1-1-L-2024/475 with the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) for receiving support to promote export activities within the project “Development of Innovative Entrepreneurship for SMEs”, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
SIA ERCON participates in the Recovery Fund project No. 5.1.1.2.i.0/3/24/A/CFLA/004 “Mechanical Engineering Cluster”. The aim of the project is to implement coordinated and targeted activities to strengthen the international competitiveness, export capacity, and innovation capabilities of the cooperation network participants, contributing to the development of the RIS3 priority area “Photonics and Smart Materials, Technologies and Engineering Systems.”
